We have a passion for making positive changes in people's lives and giving them better futures. This lies at the heart of our drive to improve the working conditions and satisfaction of our employees, and making sure that our customers receive the very best service.
But a business is also part of the community, and can affect people's lives in all sorts of ways. We decided that if we could, we would aim to give people better futures, whoever, however and whenever.
The most obvious thing for us to do was to add more social value on the road, and in the training room. That's why we run programmes dedicated to giving people better futures. That's why we include in all our distribution operations a dedication to road safety. And that's why our trainings include a commitment to train those people most in need of a helping hand: the marginalised, the long-term unemployed and those trying to find their ways back into society after release from prison.
The future. That's what our Citizenship Programmes, including our road safety work, our charity work and our trainings are about. All our futures.
