The candidates had been through a gruelling Apprentice-style process last month and the finalists had a final nerve jangling evening before finding out who would be the eventual winners.
KDS Group, Renfrewshire Council and Borders Biscuits had been impressed by the hard work, dedication, creativity, passion and business guile displayed by all the candidates as individuals and within their groups.
Such was the impact they made that many of the candidates took up the offer to be mentored individually by KDS MD Stevie Kidd.
Last night's event was a fitting finale for all the candidates. Compered by Radio Clyde's George Bowie, the celebratory dinner included a charity auction, raffle and the 'You're Hired' awards.
The winners had a fantastic opportunity to work at KDS. On offer were the positions of Trainee Business Development Analyst and Trainee Sales and Marketing Administrator.
After a great deal of tension the winners were announced.

The first part of their KDS journey will be to attend the Renfrewshire Workforce Plus Academy which starts on Monday and will run for 4 weeks.
