Mark, who enjoyed a week's work experience in April, returned to KDS to update everyone on his own personal journey and have another day's work experience.
Mark, who is 16, has never allowed his Down's syndrome to impair his opportunities.
His work with Stevie Kidd and KDS Group enabled him to move to the next level of personal growth and give his self-confidence a boost.
He has kept in touch with everyone and visited the offices today to update us on his progress.
He comfortably and confidently presented his experiences at KDS and post-KDS to over 15 people from the team and the latest Renfrewshire Retail Academy.
Everyone in the room found the experience inspiring.
Mark continues his journey and his presentation and zest for life still makes a fantastic impact on everyone at KDS and on the training academies.
