Following our previous nomination at the ROCCO's (Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards), the winning of this award displays the great strides KDS have taken over the last few years as our Group continues to grow at an extraordinary rate.
This award was open to companies or organisations that work with any of the Workforce Plus partners to recruit staff who have out of work for a period of time, and who recognise the unique contribution that these individuals bring to their business.
KDS were able to demonstrate that they have ‘gone the extra mile’ to support their new recruits in making a successful transition from unemployment into sustainable employment.
Other prominent winners at the awards included national and international brands such as Diageo, The Malcolm Group and Rolls-Royce.
The success culminates an excellent year for KDS; having already won two national awards at the Fleet Safety Forum Awards for Excellence - Disaster Management Award and Road Safety in the Community Award (Commercial sector) - and the Best Recruitment Practices at the Highland Diversity Awards.
