The open day was organised by KDS Training and chaired by Managing Director Stevie Kidd.
Although primarily aimed at selecting candidates for our next Academy, Stevie also gave a motivational talk on personal development to the whole group.
Below is a selection of comments from the participants giving a flavour of the event and the massive impact it had on them.
Andrew: “Given him a new lease, rest of the day Stevie was going through his head and will be with him for a long time, it has given him the push he needed.”
Bruce: “From listening and speaking to Stevie yesterday in just that few hours take things to help make changes in approach to life... I am more positive.”
David: “The gumption to think ahead, keep going, very intriguing in-depth and different, talking to all my mates about it”
Donna: “The whole presentation was amazing, the man is an inspiration, he should be cloned... attitude, real person, not above everyone else... never met anyone before like him. Initial thought he will be arrogant, but not at all wrong, beneficial, Stevie should be in Inverness more.”
Gerry: “Stevie was an inspiration yesterday, so much so that I applied for a job straight after the session at WDA a place where I have wanted to work for years and never had the confidence to approach them. Stevie instilled that in me from one meeting; imagine what I could learn in 4 weeks.”
Graham: “My take was to be more positive, motivated, have no negative thoughts. After Stevie’s presentation I was reenergised and excited much beyond what he expected. This man has is unbelievable.”
John: I was very impressed with the style of the presentation. The thing I was ownership and responsibility lies with me... Straight after I felt I had to email Stevie to let him know if I had money I would have gladly pay to see that....”
Paul: “It was a very motivational, Stevie was a very positive and passionate person and this rubbed of on me...”
Robert: “Stevie’s presentation gave me more enthusiasm and desire that I had lost in myself. From meeting Stevie once I already know I need to stand out more from the crowd...”
Willie: “I got POSITIVE vibe from your man Stevie. Its up to you if you want it… you go and get it.. I am a recovering alcoholic and took a lot from it.”
