Getting Recognised
We were really proud when we achieved our first Investors In People accreditation in 2004.
But that was only the start of it. Managing Director Stevie Kidd was determined that we would not sit back and rest on our laurels, and we decided to have our Investors in People status reviewed 18 months after we achieved it. And we continue to review it to this day. For that reason, KDS Ltd has achieved "Investors in People" accreditation every year from 2004 onwards. That's because commitment to training and personal service continues to be central to our development.
The Result
Since achieving the company has benefited from significant improvements in employee relations. What's more, our turnover has increased significantly
Managing Director Stevie Kidd sums it up as follows:
