Creating Opportunity - Inch by Inch
Is it really Friday already?
We have had an outstanding week creating new business partnerships, developing existing partnerships, involved in cross-divisional sales and creating new opportunities for company growth.
Opportunities are coming in from all angles and this week Stevie has been out of the business creating innovative partnerships so it has been up to the team in the office to keep everything on track and ensure that we do not lose focus.
Stevie is such a hands on leader and knows the intricate details of the activity within all of his divisions. We only appreciate how much access we have to him when he’s not here! Although, even when he’s not in the office he’s never far from various lines of communication.
Not having Stevie inthe office so much is something that we are going to have to get used to as the next few weeks are packed with activity.
On Monday Stevie is meeting with Executives to discuss existing projects and from there will fly to the West Midlands to meet with an existing partner to discuss taking KDS Training over the border.
On Wednesday the day will start with an early morning meeting with the Chief Executive of the Chamber of Commerce and will end with a conference in Glasgow discussing services for youth.
Thursday is an internal board meeting with Stevie leaving for an hour in the middle to deliver a business presentation.
Friday will see a mentoring session with 2 executives and then various internal strategy meetings.
This is an exciting time for everyone in the company and an opportunity for us to take all that we have learned from Stevie and fly with it.

It''s the KDS Culture of always keeping your mind open and expanding everyday, even when Stevie is out of office the strategy is always the same. Keep learning and growing.

Indeed this is an exciting time for the KDS Group, although Stevie is not in the office we always have 100% communication with him. Looking forward to hearing the results from next week.

Exciting times indeed... A busy week next week. So many opportunities for KDS to create brand new business relationships throughout Scotland. A perfect time to join an ambitious and expanding group. Let''s make it happen :)
