What is Partnership to You?

This week has been exceptional for one very simple reason – partnerships.

When we look at where we started the week to where we ended the difference is huge. The opportunities that we have are vast and our brand is growing and developing at a phenomenal rate.

Stevie learned very early on in business that the key to success is partnership. This word creates many connotations but unsurprisingly Stevie’s take on it is pretty unique!

Within our business when we talk of partnership it is not simply in the usual business terms but also the vital internal partnerships that we have with our colleagues. When Stevie started his business he had a clear vision of the culture he was looking to create and he has never deviated from that.

When he enters into a partnership he gives it 100% and he expects the same back! It is a no holds barred approach with all cards on the table – an honest and fair playing field from the outset. Stevie simply does not have time for work in any other way. This approach excites some people and those are the people that we choose to work with, if you don’t get it then you don’t get in – simple!

With Stevie you always know what you’re going to get, he goes full steam ahead packing as much into the time he has available as possible. When you work this way it’s amazing how many similarities or interesting facts come to fruition.

This week we have created partnership opportunities throughout the UK and internationally including in South Africa and in India. The UK opportunities are huge also and will really put our business on the map throughout the country.
