What are you giving up for lent?
Today Academy 17 are writing this blog instead of Alison!!!
Lent is here again and lots of people around the world will be giving up the booze, fags, chocolate and junk food. But you don’t have to be religious to want to improve yourself. Why not use the next six weeks to ditch some bad habits. Why not give up negativity itself? Think more positively, see the cup as half full. Stop putting things off that you know you should do.
Avoid ruts, TRY SOMETHING NEW!!
Identify role models and adopt their strategies for success.
Find the confidence to achieve your goals. And you never know, after the six weeks is up your life might have improved so much that you’ll not want to go back to your old routines.
