What a Team!

Week one of the Fife Academy was a fantastic event!! Attitudes have changed, communication levels have increased spectacularly and there is a new understanding of the importance of customer service and safety on the roads! Identifying the positives in themselves and recognising the skills(and there are many!) that are on offer to employers was a big turning point for the whole team!

A drive to succeed is evident from those on the Academy! Coming together as a team and understanding that supporting others is the norm and not the exception happened within days and we can already see the benefits of this when learning and this was evident on Friday!

Big changes from day one!  How high will you fly Fife???
