What a difference a day makes!

Day 1 of a new Academy in Renfrewshire! 17 unique individuals each with their own interesting story to tell, stepped well out of their comfort zones today when they stepped into the KDS world! Apprehension, nerves, excitement and bewilderment were just some of the emotions that candidates started the day with! Add into the mix Stevie Kidd and the KDS staff and you have the next chapter of today’s story! By afternoon each and every member of the group were standing up telling everyone “Who am I” something they never believed they would be doing when they walked in the door this morning!!

By 4pm a different group of individuals sat before us, more confident, relaxed, excited, buzzing and processing more information than they have done in a very long time! Happier faces and bigger smiles left the training room, each looking forward to tomorrow!

First day of training and ive come away feeling more confident in myself, am ready to learn, ready to make those changes in my life. This opportunity i have from KDS, i dnt intend to waste it. look forward to the next few weeks
