Week 3, Day 2 as Stevie Kidd's Executive Assistant

Another fabulous day....I know that if you’re reading this and don’t work at KDS you might not believe that every day is fabulous but it really is!

I spent a good part of my day working on the Crowne Plaza corporate event, I am pleased with the progress being made as all of the action points are on track. I’m really looking forward to finalising the marketing material so that I can make a proper start on helping with the marketing of the event.

Stevie and I had a meeting to discuss his sports coaching, he had a mentoring session with a professional boxer in the morning and we got some brilliant feedback from the session in the afternoon. Before I started, all of the football clubs in the UK had been contacted and Stevie and I went through the responses yesterday and decided what actions were required next so I’ll be spending some time working on those throughout the week.

Another part of my role is dealing with Stevie’s growing personal client list. We had another couple of bookings yesterday so we had a meeting to discuss best practice including policies that we need to put in place.
