Exciting, exciting times at KDS GROUP - lots happening right now to keep us all very busy, and plenty in the pending tray too.

Today I have benefited from a mini one-to-one mentoring session with our group CEO, Stevie Kidd.

Subject: TIMELINES

The purpose of my session has been effective time management - I have plenty of ideas and very ambitious goals in my head for my role as Employment Engagement Officer...my session surrounded the effective management of these new ideas/goals and my overall plan for not only the days and weeks ahead but also the forthcoming months ahead of me too (Stevie tends to think 6-months ahead of most of us!).

Although only a brief session with Stevie, I believe that with further mentoring, I can apply the use of effective time lines to turn my ideas into achievements with KDS...

Mentoring from Stevie certainly adds additional development opportunities us, particularly in relationships and growth in the “softer skills”.
