Thriving on More Responsibility

Over the past few weeks I have been given a much stronger role within KDS Training which I am very much enjoying. 

The increased responsibility and varied range of tasks has kept me busy and allowed me to see more of the training process. The 4 week journey of the academy is a mind blowing experience for everyone who takes part and is something which I have been more than happy to be involved with. The transformation in everyone is huge and with my role, I feel that I play a part in that.

The academies themselves provide people with the necessary skills needed to get back into employment. Often it is simply a much needed confidence boost which will put them on the correct path to success.

Stevie installs a huge amount of motivation into everyone involved with the academies, including those working behind the scenes. His support enables everyone within KDS Training to provide such an invaluable experience to those undertaking the academies.

I am looking forward to future involvement within KDS Training and welcome the challenges it will bring. Thank-you to everyone for their continued support and keep updated with my progress and future projects.
