The true definition of an Innovator
Yesterday Stevie was involved in the BBC Radio Scotland show “Call Kaye”.
The theme was the “Unthinkable Thought” and Stevie was involved as someone who not only thinks big but has the vision and strategies to turn them from thoughts to reality.
It’s all well and good coming up with ideas but the hard part is to take them from the embryonic stage and see them through to fruition.
Today Stevie had a meeting with a senior partner and in the space of a 2 hour meeting 16 new ideas were put on the table. These came from brainstorming and looking at existing projects and how they could be developed.
The points raised today will not be left at the idea stage, they will be researched and explored and decisions will be made on which are commercially viable – that’s the key to growing a business.
There was a focus on this yesterday as it coincided with the Scottish Council for Development and Industry (SCDI) Forum which is an annual policy and networking event. However, for Stevie Kidd thinking big is just a way of life, there’s no thought or effort required to be this way as it’s just who he is – the true definition of an innovator.

it is how I have conditioned my mind, creating a idea out of absolute nothing
