The Transfer Window is Closed
Football managers all over Britain were in tender hooks yesterday as the transfer window came to a close. Some managers would be disappointed as they lost Integral team members who made a huge contribution to the success of their team or were disappointed as the transfer of a specific player didn’t happen and they would have made such a difference to the team performance. Other managers would have finished the 1st of February in sheer delight as they signed amazing talent, a player, who would score goals, defend and take the team to where it needed to be.
Everyone who supports a football team knows too well that in order for the team to perform well consistently every week and creep up the premier league, managers must have the right players in the right positions within their teams. The dynamics of the team must be right and the players must work together to achieve the common goal of winning the league and important competitions. So have a think about your own team and evaluate if you are all working as one.
Teamwork is very important at KDS and is one of Stevie Kidd’s values. At KDS we work together to achieve our common goal and that is to help people regain their confidence and get back into work. So everyone in our team has an Integral part to play and we are aspiring to be as good as ‘Manchester United’ not because they are the best but mainly due to Sir Alex Ferguson being one of Stevie’s role models. Like many football teams our transfer window has just closed and we have transferred three new players to our team. Our new trainer will assist in the coaching and the development of our people on the academies and then the two new employment engagement officers will score the goals by finding jobs and putting people forward for Interviews.
I just want to say that I am excited that our team is growing and I am excited by the level of professionalism that people are bringing to KDS united! We are at the top of our game already but I can’t wait to remain at the top of the league by helping people all over Scotland back to work.
