The Stevie Kidd Effect

The world of KDS has been even busier than usual this week. All of the departments are growing and diversifying which is keeping us all busy but another reason for the increased activity is The Recruit.
Following the KDS task Stevie made an offer to all of the recruits – that he would give anyone who asked a one hour mentoring session. As you can imagine we have been inundated with requests! The recruits realise what a unique and generous offer this is.

I was on holiday when the recruits were in our offices but I followed their progress eagerly on facebook and through the KDS website so it has been a real pleasure to work with them as they’ve been coming into the office over the last week.
As they are waiting to see Stevie there is a sense of anticipation and nervousness but when they come out they are in a completely different state of mind, they know that they can achieve anything with the right attitude and they take away with them Stevie’s sound advice. They use words like ‘inspirational’, ‘amazing’, ‘insightful’ and ‘motivational’ to describe him.

It’s not only the recruits that Stevie has this effect on, his straight talking approach and genuine insight into human behaviour, not to mention his extensive business knowledge gives him a truly unique blend of tools to use to work with people and change their attitudes and enhance their lives. We like to call it The Stevie Kidd Effect!
