The Recruit – The real after effect

The Recruit was a massive success for all involved.

We, as partners, all worked exceptionally well, we learned new things, were re-energised even further by our young candidates and they gained a fantastic learning experience both as potential business leaders and also as people.

The event was a phenomenal success for all involved.

The feedback received in person, by email, via social networking and, already, by word of mouth displayed clearly how the unique approach the KDS team follow to constantly strive to achieve the grade above excellence.

Determined, driven and hungry to succeed several of the participants have approached KDS requesting one-to-one mentoring sessions with myself to build on the foundations that were laid during the two day process.

I have given up my own time to continue working with these young people as I am passionate about developing and changing the mindsets when working with the next generation to ensure that they are given the tools to meet their goals and achieve their full potential in life.

I am passionate about helping the youth of this country which is why I had absolutely no hesitation in giving up my time to continue working with these young people.

The feedback I have received from those who have attended one-to-one sessions so far show that the unique approach I believe I follow has given them an insight into themselves, their life choices and their strategies for the future.

Many of the comments and feedback I received were both inspirational and moving to me. Here is just one quote from a candidate:

“I want to be remembered for what I have achieved and now I know how to go about getting the job I really want, the importance of relationships and making a good impression by shaking hands, staying focused and talking to myself positively.  I feel much more confident in approaching people and asking for help or information” said one candidate.”

A phenomenal result, and the journey will continue for me, my team and the Recruit candidates!

Thankyou Stevie, you have done so much for us already in a few days, you are a truly inspirational charachter and I have never met anyone quite like you. The Recruit loved working with you and the KDS tea!
