The Recruit at half time!

Day one is over for the Recruits and what a challenge they have undertaken! What will every teams receipe for success be? Tomorrow we will find out!

We started with a session with Stevie Kidd and meeting the mentors, followed by some Apprentice style planning while travelling. Border Biscuits in Lanark were great hosts were the group had their eyes opened on what is involved in making a biscuit from start to finish, the marketing and the importance of branding! An eye-opening experience which gave them lots to think about! The importance of being aware of your surroundings, making a lasting impression and the power of the handshake were all re-inforced while they were there!

Back at "Mission control" for the afternoon where there was top secret planning happening within the groups and the competitive was mounting!

Great ideas were flowing and the plans were being made! What will happen in day two.... stay tuned to find out!
