The Power of the Mind

Stevie’s NHR (Neuro Hypnotic Repatterning) course is well underway and he is enjoying it immensely.

The techniques that Stevie is learning will allow him to work with people on a whole new level.

NHR uses the hypnotic process to restructure experiences that people have at the neurological and chemical level. Instead of teaching people to lead with their minds, NHR teaches you to lead with your feelings. You learn to saturate your neurology with the chemicals that make us feel good. Because if you get your whole body in the right state there’s just about nothing that human beings can’t do.

NHR enables you to redesign the way you connect with yourself physically, mentally and to some extent spiritually.

The Hypnotic part of the course was shown in a visual sense yesterday, as the photograph below shows Stevie’s head is on a chair and the tips of his toes on another – there is nothing in-between holding him! This technique is full catalepsy hypnosis and it involves putting Stevie’s mind into a trance – the mind is an amazing tool making us capable of unbelievable things.
