The Power of Strong Partnerships

Partnership has been the key to the activity within Stevie Kidd People and the KDS Group today.

CEO, Stevie Kidd and Andrew Craig, Director of Training have been locked away in a strategy meeting with a variety of partners. The topic is still top secret but it is around an innovative service that we are looking to bring to Renfrewshire and that will benefit hundreds of individuals.

The meeting came about due to Stevie’s endless desire to build on the partnerships we already have within the business. He wants to know everything about the partners we have and every area of their business, a part of this is the natural entrepreneur in Stevie always looking for the next opportunity, but it is mainly because he has built up an extremely successful organisation around strong and long lasting partnerships.

When people look in at our business they are always amazed by the tight internal unit we have but also by how we operate externally. Stevie has trained every member of staff to go one step beyond what would be expected and to ensure that his values and beliefs are emulated throughout the company.

We really are a unique organisation due to the forward thinking visionary we have leading the way – Stevie Kidd.
