The Journey is just beginning for Deborah and Academy 23

The journey is just beginning for Deborah and Academy 23 and brighter futures await each and every candidate! Today marked the graduation of their achievements over the last four weeks. I was filled with pride to see how people had grown and developed, and for some it is a complete transformation both physically and emotionally – what a makeover! It has truly been an incredible four weeks. Each individual has been challenged to the point where it has encouraged them to stand up and take notice of WHO THEY ARE! They have reflected on themselves and are on the road to building bigger and brighter futures. This is what it is all about for KDS, helping people to change if they want it and Academy 23 were ready for this!

Deborah is a young woman with the world in her hands! How she has developed is a true reflection of the commitment that KDS put into individuals. Deborah was given equal access to the same opportunities as others and potential barriers were cut off at the pass. Look at Deborah now in videos? She is a confident and happy young woman who has secured employment in her own right! KDS equipped Deborah and her peers with the tools to succeed, but they had to make it happen and boy have they done well! Over 50% have secured employment with more interviews pending, 91 years of employment almost eradicated in 4 weeks – all aboard the Academy train!!!!!!
