Successful Business Partnerships

Yesterday Stevie spent the day shadowing staff within a 4* hotel that he has taken on as a new corporate client.

The contract that Stevie has with the hotel is to provide people and business strategy training to the senior team. In order to ensure that the training has the maximum impact and that he gets the outcome desired by the client he needs to view the business as a whole and assess how each department works.

Yesterday was extremely productive and Stevie will undertake a further 2 shadowing days before he gets to work devising a programme for them that will take the business to the next level.

The hotel are delighted to have Stevie on-board and looking forward to a great and successful partnership with the focus being on providing the customer with a 5* experience.
