Stirling stars shine!

13 candidates graduated in style at the Stirling Highland Hotel this afternoon. 7 of whom had only just finished their final exam to pass the challenging IOSH certificate. This final week of the Stirling Retail Academy has stretched, frazzled and pushed candidates further than they ever thought they could go. Some were on work placements, others completing the IOSH health & safety course. However it all ended in exchanged numbers, smiles and a celebration of just how far each one had come. Certificates were presented and photographs taken, and a recognition that this was the start of a new chapter, despite being sad the course was complete.
Roger, KDS Trainer for the Retail Academy summed it up, "This course hasn't been about changing one big thing, but getting better at improving lots of small things." Now it's up to the canidates to pursue their next step."

As part of the Stirling Crew I had 4 weeks of great fun and brilliant tips to get back into work, just attend in with an open mind and you will definately get the best out of this course! It really gave me the boost I needed after 8 months unemployment and
getting no where, thanks to this course and the belief it gave me in myself plus the great tips on interview techniques, ways to re-write CV''s and fill out applications I now have a part-time job. If it hadnt been for this acadamy I would probably be doing
the same old thing and still be unemployed but by doing a few different things Ive now completed a KDS Retail Acadamy and gained a part-time job! Its given me back belief in myself and confindence I can do anything if I just put my mind to it. More importantly
its given me friends I know I will diffinately keep in touch with as numbers have now all been exchanged and we are already talking about a get together! I can honestly say hand on heart that this was the best most constructive 4 weeks Ive spent, thank you
Roger, Ali and KDS Training you''ll never know just how much you did for me at a time when I really needed it - THANK YOU!

I never thought I would ever get to point where I never met an academy, but with diary commitment this is one I did not get to,apologies, the important part in any academy is the journey of discovery, discovery yourself, discovering what you thought wasn''t
possible but you did accomplish. so success symbol required, then its a timeline job, of observing yesterday agenda, looking at today agenda but more importantly reviewing what tomorrow brings, keeping your thoughts open to what goals your achieving, learning
how to join the dots up in achieving what you want Big congratulations guys, any questions get me social media day or night I always attempt to return comment instantly Stevie
