Stirling Call Centre Academy

Who am I? That was the theme for today in the Stirling Call Centre Academy!! 11 great individuals came together for the start of their own journey! A brilliant first day for all concerned where everyone did something difficult and stepped further out their comfort zone than they imagined they would!! We set the foundations for progress today in Stirling with an amazing level of honesty on barriers to progress and the issues holding individuals back! The support for each other was in evidence from early on and grew upon discovering more about each other and the inspirational people who were within the group!! Water, nutrition, attitude, expectations, strategies, team building and Who Am I, to name some of what we covered today! Lots of lightbulb moments in the room today, It was incredible to see the changes in some people even by the end of the day!!
