Stirling Call Centre Academy Week 1

Stirling Academy have completed their first week of Call Centre Training and what a difference from the individuals who entered the room last Monday! Now they are buzzing with energy, confidence and motivation, have a new found sense of confidence and self-belief and have impressed all the staff in the building with their new zest for life!

In 5 days we have covered Customer service, telephone techniques, employability and life coaching on top of the importance of having the right attitude, eating properly and keeping hydrated. We know the importance of a good handshake, creating a lasting impression, effective communication and building relationships!

The feedback from staff, candidates and visitors has been amazing and everyone that enters the room always leaves smiling!! A roller-coaster of a journey, which hasn't always been easy, but by working as a team we have pulled through!!

What will we achieve in week 2? Watch this space for an update.....
