Stevie Mentors Businesswoman

When you work closely with Stevie and are around him every day sometimes you forget about the impact he has on people when they meet him for the first time. Today I was reminded of this impact! 

Stevie had a mentoring session with a Businesswoman today. She had been referred to Stevie as she has a big business presentation to deliver tomorrow and was suffering from a lack of confidence and was feeling nervous about it. She was even feeling nervous about meeting Stevie!

After the session the feelings couldn’t have been any different! I spoke with her and this is what she had to say:

“Wow that was amazing! Everything that Stevie said just made so much sense and I can’t believe that I didn’t realise so much of what he said for myself. Stevie has given me the tools and techniques I need to get rid of my nerves for tomorrow, I even proved it while we were talking. I could feel myself starting to get nervous and so I implemented the visualisation technique that Stevie had just taught me and instantly I started to feel the nerves going away – this made me laugh and before I knew what was happening I was having a fit of laughter! Talk about going from one extreme to another.”

“Stevie has a talent for being able to read people within 5 minutes of meeting them. He knew my challenges before I did! I thought that I was an analytical person but he takes it to a whole new level! I will be able to use the techniques not only for tomorrow’s meeting but for any other situation that I am feeling anxious about. Stevie has given me back my belief but I now feel it even stronger”
