Stevie Makes an Unscheduled Visit to the Academies

Today Stevie found himself with a gap in his diary and decided to use the hour to make an unscheduled visit to the 3 Seasonal Gardeners training courses. He went on a mission to visit all 3 academies to deliver a high impact motivational talk covering six topics on each academy which related to what was being delivered by the trainers.

Academy 1:
Stevie covered health and safety in the workplace, thoughts, decisions and choices, perception within the workplace, Who Am I, being unique and creating your own legacy.

Academy 2:
Stevie spoke about application forms and cv’s, tomorrow’s agenda, ownership of success, thinking out of the box, be unique and best strategies.

Academy 3:
Stevie covered Johari window, constant motivation to learn, duplicating best practice strategies, achieving the grade above excellence and energy and nutrition.

Stevie is motivated by helping others to succeed and he often makes these unscheduled visits to the academies to offer his support to the team and provide the candidates with his views on relevant topics.
