Stevie Kidd changed my life

 I worked with a senior manager from a large corporate this week, today I received an e mail from her a couple of days after one session

Stevie,

It all came to the surfaces last night, I hardly slept, The stuff that I was not even aware was affecting me. I knew that my earliest memory at 3 was panic combined with fear... you know the one that turns you cold and makes you lose control. These same feelings regularly surfaced in various circumstances throughout my life. This was affecting my self confidence and my relationships with people.

I have managed to push it away from completely immobilising my chest and arms and making the blood run cold to somewhere right down around my ankle, so still a wee bit to go, but it will be done today.

As for second best....I was always in the second top group at English, but forgot to remember that I was always in the top group at Maths I have started to mark successes remembering the things I shouldnt forget and never forgetting the things I shouldnt remember...I can do top with my life Stevie....
