When Extraordinary Becomes Ordinary!!!!!!
Last night I reflected on that for the first time KDS Training is running 4 unemployment training academies, by the end of April we will have put nearly one hundred people back into workplaces in three different sectors.
Last night I reflected on the interview I did with Radio Scotland about a sick culture in workplaces- my company does not have one!
Then I did Personal development, listening to DR Bandler and Tony Robbins while working out at PT at Kick Boxing,
Then I realised something that will blow you away and it was confirmed when I walked into the office today- my employees are so used to working in a culture of outstanding performance, an environment of delivering the grade above excellence whether they are a driver, a trainer, or my support staff, a unique culture where achievement and success become the norm that they are doing it without even realising they are doing it so well.
when living and working in an extraordinary way, habits form, and it becomes ordinary to me and ordinary to my employees, but from the outside people think WOW! That is what I am talking about!!!
you think my role model Sir Alex Ferguson thinks he is doing something special with a winning approach? NO! he thinks its normal- the extraordinary is his ordinary!
Its like a surgeon walking from an operating theatre, you look at them and say- You have just saved a life" and they respond with, "Next"- the extraordinary becomes normal with the right approach and habits. I am ready to up the game now to another level,
UNSTOPPABLE!!
Be Well

What you think about... you bring about. You think excellence and service then that is what you bring about. This is why Stevie and his team deliver on key messages. A company culture is simply the sum of the thoughts and behaviours of its leaders and team.
People often complain about the culture in their workplace without realising THEY create it.It is not external to them but inherent in everything they do.Stevie and team are Premier League Players - they set themselves high expectations and they deliver. They
seek to constantly improve. They don''t look to see what the competition is doing; they play their own game in their own unique way...AND IT WORKS! HOW IT WORKS!!!
