Stevie delivers Personal Enhancement on Academy 28

Today Stevie spent time with KDS Training’s Retail Academy 28, delivering a session on self-enhancement. Stevie had each and every candidate look at themselves and their situation in life. He showed them ways to improve their mind-sets, so that they can view life from a better perspective. The topic which Stevie was emphasizing on today was stress, on how to combat it so that it does not have a detrimental effect on other aspects of life. He also explained the importance of people, and to always ensure that you are valuing those who are in your life. The candidates thoroughly enjoyed this experience, and took a lot from in it terms of being more optimistic in their approach to things.
