Stephen's Power Words
Stephen was in yesterday for his third day with the KDS Group. As ever, Stevie spent time with Stephen mentoring him. One of the topics which was discussed was what Stephen personally wanted to gain from his journey, and he revealed that he would like to work on improving his confidence levels. After Stevie had worked with him, Stephen was then brought in front of the KDS team to do his “Power Words”. The success of this task proves already that Stephen is becoming more confident and comfortable with himself.

Having been out of the office for the first 2 weeks of Stephen''s journey the changes in him were apparent when we met up yesterday in the office!! His confidence is growing with every new activity that he is carrying out and watching his confidence grow as
he delivered his power words was great to see!! Can''t wait to see the rest of your Journey Stephen!! K
