Stephen's First Visit Of 2011

Stephen McDonald will be returning to the KDS Group on Monday to continue his work placement with us. This will be his first time back into the office since the festive holiday, and the pace of the working environment has increased even more since the last time he was here – which to him probably wouldn’t have seemed possible!

Monday sees the first day of the Seasonal Gardeners Academy, which Stevie is delivering at. Stephen will be sitting in on the Academy, providing him with the opportunity to witness Stevie completely motivate and inspire a large group of people from various backgrounds.

As a young person myself, I remember my first Academy experience and how it was quite an eye-opener hearing about different people’s lives and the events which have taken place in them, therefore I can appreciate how invaluable the day will be to Stephen. He will be working amongst groups of people who he might never have had the chance to be around before, and as the candidates grow in confidence during the day, so shall he.

We look forward to welcoming him back into the office.

This will be a wonderful day for Steven to witness and will let him see first hand how lifes change on the academy! He will also continue his own learning and development along the way! Get ready to be WOW-ED! K
