Well done Stephen.. To carry out any type of public speaking or presenting can be a daunting experience for anyone. The fact that you delivered your presentation with amazing courage and sheer passion, give emphasise to how far you have came on this short journey. Keep it up!

Stephen McDonald''s journey is nothing short of remarkable. Improved convidence, self esteem and his skill set is now getting better and better. Not nmany young men of Stephen''s age would have the confidence to deliver a presentation to over 50 candidates. You can gauge how well Stephen performed by the groups round of applause. Well done Stephen and of course thank you Gerry Croall National Development Director for A4e.

Stephen, I''ve just watched your presentation and I''m even more impressed with your progress than I was when we met last week. The amount of learning you managed to wring out of the fairly short time we spent together is exemplary. It''s very obvious from the presentation that you have achieved an astonishing level of confidence and communication skills. KDS have clearly given you the tools but all credit to you for picking them up and using them. You did that presentation - no-one else. I am extremelty grateful for the gift you presented me, which I have taken home to have pride of place in my study - where I do a lot of my A4e work. Keep at it, there''s no substitute for hard graft and all the best for the future. Gerry
