Stephen - A KDS Welcome
On Monday Stephen will embark on his KDS journey and as a team we are all keen to wish him a warm KDS welcome when he arrives on Monday morning.
Stevie always asks us to put ourselves in other people's shoes and think about the emotions and feelings that they are having. As Monday draws nearer I'm sure Stephen will be feeling lots of emotions including excitement, anxiousness and a fear of the unknown. So, as a personal message to Stephen I'd just like to say that we've all been the new guy and some of us not too long ago. It's a unique culture and I know you will fit right in and be an asset to the team!

Hi Stephen, just remember you ara an amazing, talented individual who has so much to offer. You don''t "suffer" from having asperger''s syndrome but you have a unique way of looking at the world which others can learn from. Looking forward to seeing you grow
in confidence and reaching your goals plus more.

As head of ditribution department I would like to welcome stephen to KDS Group, as all the emmotions are there when entering into a new and unfamiliar enviroment-journey. I met you briefly the other day but am looking forward to spending some more time with

I remember my very first day at KDS and I remember the rollercoaster of emotions I went through but I also remember how welcome everyone made me feel! Stephen you will love every minute of it and learn something new everyday! Keep smiling. K
