Seasonal Gardener's Academy - Day One

Today was the beginning of a new page in KDS Training history. We are pushing ourselves beyond previous limitations and raising the bar by launching THREE Academies running side by side.

Academies 32, 33 and 34 today kicked off Day One with outlining the Academy Journey and looking at KDS’ unique One Attitude Policies and Expectations.

One lasting impression from the day was that KDS Training is unique, it’s based upon partnerships and each member of the Team has a role to play. These were subjects that Stevie Kidd then went on to further develop in the afternoon session, taking the Candidates on a journey through attitudes, limitations, Who Am I, Values & Beliefs. The majority of the group broke through their own perceived barriers and stood up to introduce themselves which left them feeling that they’d made some progress, beyond what they thought they would have done on Day One.

This is Day one, the beginning ....and the signs are that the journey is going to be amazing, challenging and life changing.

I can imagine how motivated these guys must have felt after completing their first day, especially the ones who faced their fears head on and owned them. They must be walking on air! Keep the blogs coming Roger. 3 Academies at the same time....KDS rocks!
