Renfrewshire Workforce Plus Care Academy Message

Academy 26 have been on a 4 week journey and what a journey it has been! There has been highs and lows for everyone. We have discovered that we are all wired the same and although many of us felt alone, we shared our most intimate fears, beliefs, values and goals, our compassion and the effect we have on others. The support we received from our trainers and each other have been second to none. We all started as strangers and we are all leaving as friends - that bond will never be broken.
