3 GREAT PARTS TO A FANTASTIC FRIDAY

Today we hit the 75% mark of the journey that Renfrewshire Construction Academy are on, this has been one of the best days if not the best day we have had.

   We started of the day with Tony Health and Safety officer for Wates Construction, his visit was very productive and full of useful information and points that the team will take forward with them. 

 Stevie Kidd M.D Kds Group then came to Academy and spent the next hour going through several topics about time lines and Future past, Totally capturing the teams attention and seeing loads of nods of the heads and lightbulb moments.....We have a massive lift from Stevie’s time within the group which on this time was crucial not just because it is the end of the 3rd week but the team were leaving and visiting Bernie’s Gym in Partick for part of SK Coaching day.....Limitations were pushed right out the window.

  At Bernies Gym WOW... I had previously been with another Academy but this time was different he had set up more exercises and pushed the team a whole lot further than before, in fact we had watched the last lecture DVD earlier in the Academy and there is a phrase that is used in that DVD, Dr Randy Pausch speaks about his coach, Coach Jim Gram who pushed him so hard when training...Well today we had Coach Bernie and by god did he push the guys hard he tested us today and even though this was hard the team loved it and we have finished of the day/week on a massive high . So to finish off the week i would like to say a massive Thank you to all our guests today and all the limitations that we did have we will never see you again.......
