Renfrewshire Care Academy - Pushing over and above the limit

This morning Renfrewshire Care Academy met their Mind Over Matter day. Nerves were high this morning, apprehensions and tension of what to expect. Teambuilding was on the agenda and the importance of water for our health.
Throughout the day at David Lloyd, the team worked well a lot of encouragement and support throughout, trying new things and taking that extra inch. We challenged ourselves through the fitness with personal trainer, Les and relaxed through the body balance. It was something new to some of us and something gained by others. To finish of our day, we recognised the importance of quality time.
We all realised today that we can do and achieve a lot more when we put our mind to it - we just have to put this in place.

Looks like a fantastic time was had by all!! This is a great experience and teaches us many different things from dealing with, and recognising, emotions; working with a team and supporting the members of that team, going further than you ever thought possible
and the buzz you get when you achieve all of this! well done guys! K
