Pushing Out of the Comfort Zone
The young person that Stevie is sponsoring is going from strength to strength.
Stevie has challenged him to attend gym sessions with him at 6am three times per week, this means getting up at 5am. This hasn’t gone completely to plan with the young person missing a session! Upon reflection Stevie has decided that it was maybe pushing him a bit too far initially!
In other areas the young person is going from strength to strength, today he came into the offices at KDS and completely interview skills which went well and opened the young person’s eyes to what he may come up against in an interview situation.
He then went on to order his food shopping for the week. Stevie has educated him on the importance of eating well and has challenged him to order 7 new food types every week. This went well last week and the young person has done the same this week.
It poses the question: how many of us would challenge ourselves to do the same? To order new ingredients and try something different.
