People - The Secret to Success

Next week Stevie will deliver some motivational training to staff at a 4* hotel chain as part of his corporate training service. 

Before the training takes place Stevie has been visiting the hotel and shadowing staff to get a feel for the business and the people within it. The work that Stevie does revolves around people as he knows that the success of any business is directly related to the attitude and skills of the people within it.

He is also in negotiations to work at Board Level consulting on business strategy and advising on taking the business to the next level.

A Senior Level Manager said:

“Stevie is going way above and far beyond what we could have hoped for; he has put 3 days of his own time into our business to allow him to do what we’re paying him for. He stayed at the hotel until 7pm last night just to ensure that he had spoken to everyone and had all of the information he needed before he delivers to the team next week. I have noticed a difference in team spirit at all levels already and we haven’t even had the motivational training yet! Stevie has ignited a passion in the team and I can see a real thirst and sense of curiosity in them. We have every faith in Stevie and we know that he has exactly what we need to make this business successful. As well as enhancing our people’s attitude to work he will also give them the ability to enhance their lives outside of work – that is priceless!”

Stevie mentored us today and one of the topics was exceeding people''s expectations; this is the proof that Stevie does actually carry out everything which he tells us, allowing us to put things into context.
