Pay it Forward continues...

Evening Tommy,

My pay it forward happened before Christmas. I have an oxygen patient in sheltered housing who is very hard of hearing. So much so that she never hears the buzzer at the front door of the complex. I tried buzzing a neighbour one day, and they let me in, no problem. I have probably been 15-20 times since that first visit, and every time, the couple next door let me in. Just before Christmas, i buzzed to get in, and, instead of going to my oxygen patient like they expected, i knocked their door, introduced myself, and gave them a box of chocolates. They were both surprised and delighted at the gesture and thanked me very much. I told them i appreciated what they had done for me throughout the year and shook the husbands hand. On leaving, the couple told me i had made their week and i felt great! A good day all round.
Cheers, Ross.

this gift that Ross gave is an honour that I do every Thursday and Friday in both of my stores, the outcome of this is that both days have become known as sweeties day. This makes me feel good as the treat to my friends in store shows in their cheerful welcome to all coming into their stores.
