Open Day has arrived for Renfrewshire Construction Academy

The day started with a choice a decision that most people are totally unconscious about making every day when they open their eyes, that choice for me was very easy to make as i have been making these choices for 5 years now the conscious choice to HAVE A GREAT DAY.

Today was not any different for me except today i knew that 39 people would wake up and realise that with the right choice being made this would set them up for an open day that would send them on a path of opportunity and self awareness.

9am and i had given the KDS welcome to 12 people, a firm shake of the hand and a clear Good Morning how are you feeling? Great responses all round at David Lloyd Centre, this was the start of The Construction Academy 37 Open Day where the candidates have got the choice to come in and grab this opportunity with both hands all it takes to get there is the right attitude and mindset to want to move forward.

The day was started with opening up with some house rules for the venue and then an introduction of my colleagues and me, then a brief overview of timescales on how the rest of the day would be planned.

It was now 10am and the first part of my open day presentation was over, i was ready to hand over to our guest from KDS Group CEO Stevie Kidd, Stevie took to the floor for 1 hour 10 minutes today and i noticed straight away the engagement levels from everyone in the room were high as Stevie covered topics that were being connected with by all.

At the interview stage each and every one of my interviewees had shown again the effect Stevie Kidd has with the open day motivational input. So thanks Stevie i believe this part has a massive effect on the guys when the academy kicks of “it’s who we are”.

So Monday 28th March i start with my very own Renfrewshire Construction Academy starting a brand new journey with a brand new outlook “CHOICES ITS WHAT MAKES US”
