One door closes and another opens!!
Today was the last day of our Non Sector Specific Academy Course 7 and what a day it was. With mock interviews lined up for each candidate the nerves were through the roof. However, a surprise visit from Stevie Kidd sure calmed these nerves and set us in the right direction. Stevie shared with us his strategies for coping with interviews, prior to the interview and post interview stage. Research is vital, leaving that right impression and making the right choices in life. Which character do you want to be?
Overall the 4 week course has been a massive success in terms of confidence building, positivity to the workplace and using our transferable skills.
Today we realised that sometimes we just need that extra push and you can maximise every area of your life and enjoy every minute.
Good luck to all our successful candidates with their work placements and we wish you every success wherever your path may lead you in the world of work.

It was such a pleasure to work and learn with this group. Confidence increased dramatically over the first 2 weeks and all bonded well as a team. I wish you all the best and keep up the positivity...
