New staff, New Week, New Academy!

With two new trainee members of the KDS Team starting on Monday and the next Renfrewshire Care Academy kicking off too it certainly will be a week of new beginnings for all 16 individuals involved.

What a journey it will be for them all and we expect the same high levels of outcomes from this new group of candidates, as we have seen from all the other Academies! Candidates called into the offices today and are all looking forward to the experience! It will be training like they have never experienced before!

They may well be anxious about what to expect and know they will be out of their comfort zone but with this step into the unknown they will discover more about themselves!
