New Beginnings in Renfrewshire!

It is day one of the new Renfrewshire Care Academy! A whirlwind of excitement and personalities greeted those who were starting on this immense journey! They were joined by SarahJane and Lynsey who are joining the Academy for the 4 week adventure. This is their first task in their new roles after successfully securing the positions from the Recruit event. They are also joined by Yvonne who was also on the Recruit programme and was offered the opportunity to attend certain days on the Academy to continue the work that he and the Training Team had been doing with her. This Academy will be the first step on an exciting personal and professional journey for all of them!

Stevie and the KDS Training team are again displaying their passion for developing the youth of today, dedication to reducing unemployment and in assisting all candidates to reach their full potential in life.  

We will keep you up to date with the progression of Academy over the next four weeks!
