never talk about winning in KDS

and I realised and discovered I am the same or similiar to a baseball manager in America who won 83 games without even discussing winning on the park with his team.

when I work with my team is always about can we discover a better strategy, can we work smarter, can we learn from people who have better strategies in areas in a workplace and in areas of life

we never point the finger of blame  within our company, its a learning process, we reveiw three times a day and constantly see what we can do better as people

I have noticed recently and since listening to this book, we are a small company but compete at a global level and with global leaders in many fields in business.

but I never compare ourselves against other leaders in fields we speciliaise in...................

For me its never suffer same pain twice and also ensuring staff have life balance correct
