My new journey as a new KDS Trainer's

FIRST DAY OF ACADEMY 23 WOOHOOOO!!!! It went amazingly well with the energy and motivation sky rocketing! One of the things that Stevie talked about was the ‘One Attitude’ that all employees are required to have...I say required but it never feels like a chore...its just an instant feeling that overtakes as soon as we all begin work – the team just seem to make it easy to forget about the world outside and it feels like we’re all in our own little bubble striving to make the clients journey as easy and effective as possible! Being so focused makes it difficult to remember that you have a bill to pay, you have to go food shopping and that the house could really use a hoover – your attention is naturally and completely focused on making the day as productive and as powerful as possible for the clients... and it works too.

Today we had a very special girl making leaps and bounds in her confidence levels and what she thought she could and could not do...and its only day 1! This girl has learning disabilities and thought she could not even get up infront of the whole team and say her name...after spending time with KDS she could tell them she had learning disabilities, all about her previous operations and other snippets about herself. The changes in other clients has been evident too and the openness had been inspiring – they are already thinking and supporting each other like a team! Can’t wait till tomorrow!
