My morning with KDS - Learning from the Best
This morning I learned from the best, mentoring with Stevie Kidd and Ali.
This was different from my normal mentoring sessions in that I had two masters in training supporting my development and passing down their strategies to success. This is crucial in my development as KDS are completely unique.
Mentoring is not all about learning styles and delivery, it’s more about reality and you as a person. Yes topics are covered such as planning, support and marketing but its all the other areas within. Stevie never tires of mentoring his staff, I firmly believe that is why he has such a positive and enthusiastic workforce. It’s also about How Big Do You Think? I learned a vital lesson today in that ‘We are all in the gutters, but only some of us look at the stars’.
Thank you Stevie and Ali.
