My fourth day as a KDS Trainer

Today I had a great insight into the preparations before an Academy begins. There are many people involved in this operation and it is clear that it is more than a job to the KDS team, it is a vocation. I have observed and sensed how the atmosphere is different in the office, as if something is about to happen! It’s exciting, Academy 23 is about to commence and everyone is keen to help make this a success.   I think it’s because it is taking place in our office and Stevie is going to be more involved in this Academy.

There is a lot of things going on and lots to take in and this all goes at an astonishing pace in KDS! I know that I will be challenged, but understand that challenges make life interesting. Tomorrow I will witness the end of one Academy and see the results of 4 weeks of hard work. I can’t believe my first week is almost over!
